Get to Work is a boutique HR consulting company focused on recruitment and talent acquisition. Our aim is to help employers understand the strategic importance of a structured recruitment process in order to attract talent in a highly competitive job market.
We work mainly with small to medium sized startups, tech and game development companies, either remote or onsite in Stockholm, Sweden, and as we have a network of skilled consultants we can take on new projects with rather short notice.

Set up and coordination of the recruitment process. This includes: creating a career page and setting up an applicant tracking system, creating role descriptions, advertise the roles in relevant channels, search, screening of applications, coordination and execution of interviews and assessments, reference checks and support with contracts and negotiation.
